摘要
目的观察分析应用依托咪酯在心血管患者麻醉诱导中的临床效果。方法随机选取2013年1月—2016年1月该院收治的心血管患者110例作为实验对象,按照随机数表法将他们均分成试验组(55例)和对照组(55例),对照组患者在麻醉诱导时使用依托咪酯,试验组患者在麻醉诱导结束后使用依托咪酯,比较两组患者的心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)和动脉血氧饱和度(SPO_2)等指标的改善程度。结果两组患者的HR、MAP和SPO_2等指标在麻醉诱导前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在麻醉诱导后,试验组患者的MAP(72.8±8.1)指标与对照组(79.6±9.3)进行对比,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,试验组患者的HR(80.7±7.6)和SPO_2(99.4±0.7)指标与对照组HR(80.3±7.9)和SPO_2(99.8±0.6)相比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论对心血管患者麻醉诱导中,在麻醉诱导结束后使用依托咪酯的效果显著高于在麻醉诱导时使用依托咪酯的效果,值得在临床应用上采纳。
Objective To observe and analyze the application of etomidate in patients with cardiovascular anesthesia induction in clinical effect. Methods Randomized 110 cases of cardiovascular patients in January 2013 to January 2016 in our hospital were as the experimental object, according to the random number table method will they were divided into experimental group（55 cases） and control group（55 cases）, control group patients during induction of anesthesia with etomidate,and patients in the experimental group after induction of anesthesia after the use of etomidate, compared two groups of patients with heart rate（HR）, mean arterial pressure（map）, and arterial oxygen saturation（SPO2） etc. index of the degree of improvement. Results Two groups of patients of HR, map, SPO2 before anesthesia induction no statistical difference（P〉0.05）; map after induction of anesthesia, the experimental group patients（72.8±8.1） index（79.6±9.3） were compared with those in a control group, P〈0.05, with statistical difference, HR of the patients in the experimental group（80.7 ±7.6） and SPO2（99.4±0.7） index and the control group, HR（80.3±7.9） and SpO_2（99.8±0.6） compared, P〉0.05, statistical difference.Conclusion For cardiovascular patients during induction of anesthesia, the hemp Drunk induced after using the effect of etomidate was significantly higher than that of the use of etomidate during induction of anesthesia effect, is worth in the clinical application of adoption.
