摘要
目的探讨快速血清学检验和微生物快速培养检测对小儿肺炎支原体感染的诊断价值。方法整群抽取2014年2月—2015年2月在该院就诊的126例肺炎支原体感染小儿病例资料进行回顾性研究,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组63例,对照组采用快速血清学检验,观察组采用微生物快速培养检验,对比两组患儿的阳性检测结果和不同年龄患儿的血清学检验阳性率。结果观察组患儿的阳性检测率为87.3%,对照组患儿的阳性检测率为61.9%,观察组患儿的阳性检测率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);4-7岁患儿的血清检验阳性率明显高于其他年龄段患儿,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论微生物快速培养检验对小儿肺炎支原体感染的诊断的敏感性高,阳性率高,可作为支原体感染检验的首选方法,可作为可靠的诊断依据提供给临床。
Objective To study the rapid serological test and microorganism cultivation test value to the diagnosis of infantile pneumonia mycoplasma infection. Methods Group selection from February 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital 126 cases of pneumonia mycoplasma infection in pediatric clinical data were retrospectively study and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 63 cases in each group, control group adopts rapid serological test, observation group using microorganism inspection, compared two groups of children with positive test results and serological test positive rate of different age children. Results Children with positive detection rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group(P〈0.05), statistically significant; 4 to 7 years old children with serum test were significantly higher than other age groups, children(P〈0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion The microorganism cultivation test in the diagnosis of infantile pneumonia mycoplasma infection of high sensitivity, high positive rate, can be used as the test of mycoplasma infection preferred method, and can be used as a reliable diagnostic basis for clinical.
