摘要
目的探讨显微镜下斜视矫正手术治疗斜视的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2013年2月—2016年3月收治的114例斜视患者作为该次试验的研究对象,按照其手术方式的差异,将患者分为对照组(为57例患者)以及研究组(为57例患者),研究组患者使用新型的手术方式进行治疗(显微镜下斜视矫正手术),对照组患者则接受传统的手术方式进行治疗,待其治疗后,观察两组患者的手术效果。结果治疗结束后,研究组患者与对照组患者在手术时间(19.4±8.6)min、术中出血量(8.4±3.2)m L以及并发症发生率12.28%明显优于对照组手术时间(38.2±12.4)min、术中出血量(16.2±5.7)m L以及并发症发生率22.81%,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗完成后,研究组患者显效为43例(75.44%),有效为11例(19.30%),无效为3例(5.26%),其总有效率为94.74%(54例);对照组患者显效为63.16%(36例),有效为12例(21.05%),无效为9例(15.25%),其总有效率为84.21%(48例),数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论显微镜下斜视矫正手术治疗斜视的临床效果显著,可使患者的临床疗效得到有效提升,有效降低其斜视度数,对其生活质量的改善与预后效果的提高均有积极作用,具有在临床上广泛推广的价值。
Objective To probe into the clinical effect of strabismus surgery under microscope in the treatment of strabismus. Methods Convenient selection 114 patients with strabismus were selected in our hospital from February 2013 to March 2016 as the research object,and according to the difference of its mode of operation, the patients were divided into control group and study group.Then,the the operation effect of the two groups were observed after treatment. Results After the end of treatment, the patients in the study group and the control group in operation time（19.4 ± 8.6） min, intraoperative hemorrhage volume（8.4 ± 3.2） mL and complications rate 12.28% is obviously superior to the control group, operation time（38.2 ± 12.4） min, intraoperative blood loss（16.2 ±5.7） mL and complications of send rate 22.81%, the data difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. After completion of therapy, the patients in study group were markedly for 43 cases（75.44%）,effective in 11 cases（19.30%）, invalid 3 cases（5.26%）. The total effective rate was 94.74%（54 cases）; patients in the control group markedly effective rate was 63.16%（36 cases） and effective for the 12 cases（21.05%）, ineffective was 9 cases（15.25%）. The total effective rate was 84.21%（48 cases）, the differences in the data with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of strabismus surgery under microscope are significant,it has a positive effect on the improvement of the quality of life and the improvement of the prognosis, and has the value of wide spread in clinical.
