摘要
计算机网络技术在企业管理中的作用显得越来越重要,信息化管理不仅可以有效节省企业的生产成本,提高生产效率,同时也可以为企业的健康、稳定发展提供有力保障。文章简要阐述了新形势下企业信息化管理的基本定义以及重要意义,对目前存在的问题进行了深入分析,并提出了几点提升企业信息化管理能力的有效措施,为创新企业管理模式提供有利条件。
Computer network technology is playing a more and more important role in the enterprise management, information management, it can not only save the production cost of enterprise effectively, improve the production efficiency, but also for the healthy and stable development of enterprises to provide powerful guarantee. The paper briefly expounds the enterprise information management under the new situation of the basic definition and the significance, the article analyzes the present problems, and puts forward some effective measures to improve the enterprise information management ability for innovation enterprise management mode to provide favorable conditions.
