摘要
海南福山油田X构造带高部位的Y16x井,测井解释油层固井质量差。在对Y16x井进行常规测试施工后,测试双对数曲线出现类似射孔不完善特征,综合分析认为,该测试层段不具备射孔不完善条件,其特征的形成因素,主要是管外窜通现象在纵向上存在渗流所致,这种纵向上的渗流机理与射孔不完善的球形流渗流机理具有很大的相似性,可表现为类似的测试曲线特征,可利用这种类似特征,结合静态资料,对管外窜通现象做出判断。经对Y16x井测试曲线特征和后期验窜施工分析,存在管外窜通现象得到了有力验证,为测试资料解决工程存在的问题提供了一条科学途径,也是利用试井方法验证工程问题的一次成功尝试。
Y16x is a well at the structure high of X structure in Fushan oilfield,whose cement bond log is interpreted as poor bonding at pay zoneThen the conventional well testing is performed. The log-log curve of testing shows the signature of partial perforation. After comprhensive analysis,the conclusion has been drawn that the testing zone is not partially perforated and this signature is caused by verticflow due to channeling behind pipe,which is very similar with the spherical flow caused by partial perforation mechanism. Combinewith static data,this similar signature can be used to justify casing channeling. Then a channeling detection operation conducted latin well Y16 x has verified that the channeling exists. This successful attempt promotes that well testing data could be used to find engneering problems and help to find solutions.
