摘要
目的探究慢性胃溃疡患者应用半夏泻心汤治疗及目标性健康教育的影响。方法此次研究随机抽取该院2014年9月—2015年4月消化内科收治的100例慢性胃溃疡患者为对象,将其随机均分为研究组(50例)和对照组(50例),对照组患者予以西医常规治疗,研究组在其基础上联用半夏泻心汤治疗,并对患者实施目标性健康教育,比较两组患者临床疗效、复发率、患者疾病认知度及治疗依从性。结果与对照组相比,研究组治疗总有效率96.00%,显著高于对照组,复发率2.00%,低于对照组,疾病认知度及治疗依从性均高于对照组患者,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论慢性胃溃疡患者采取半夏泻心汤效果良好,同时实施健康教育可显著提升患者疾病认知度及治疗依从性,提升治疗效果,降低复发率,具有较深远临床影响。
Objective To explore the effect of the treatment of chronic gastric ulcer with the objective health education. Methods Random selection this study extracted from September 2014 to April 2015 patients of 100 cases of chronic gastric ulcer of digestive diseases as an object.It is divided into research group （50 cases） and control group （50 cases）.The control group patients were given conventional western medicine treatment, the research group treated with this decoction heart soup in its base part. and implement target sexual health education for patients, compared the clinical curative effect, the recurrence rate, disease recognition and treatment compliance of the two groups of patients. Results Compared with the control group , the total effective rate the of the study group was 96.00%, significantly higher than that of control group, re-currence rate was 2.00%, lower than that of the control group, awareness of the disease and treatment compliance was obvi-ously higher than that of the patients in the control group, P〈 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion The patients with chronic gastric ulcer take good effect of Banxiaxiexin Decoction, and implementation of health education can signifi-cantly improve patients’ awareness of the disease and treatment compliance, improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the re-currence rate, with more far-reaching clinical implications.
