摘要
目的该次主要对小儿疝气采用小切口治疗的方法进行分析,为临床治疗提供重要依据,确保患者能够早日康复。方法随机选取2012年5月—2015年5月该院收治的小儿疝气患儿50例,将所有患儿根据入院编号进行平均分组,单号为实验组,双号为对照组,各25例,对照组给予传统治疗方式,实验组给予小切口治疗,并对两组患儿术中术后各项指,如术中出血量、手术时间、切口长度、住院时间,以及并发症发生情况进行对比。结果对照组术中出血量为(4.98±1.21)m L,手术时间为(15.28±3.61)min,切口长度为(2.48±0.65)cm,住院时间为(7.98±1.21)d,实验组中出血量为(3.12±1.01)m L,手术时间为(8.12±2.25)min,切口长度为(1.01±0.02)cm,住院时间为(5.02±1.01)d;对照组并发症发生率为20.00%,实验组并发症发生率为4.00%,P<0.05。结论小切口治疗对小儿疝气疾病具有重要作用,术后小儿恢复快,并发症少,因此值得在临床上大力运用和推广。
Objective The main of children colic by small incision in the treatment of analysis, for the clinical treatment provide important basis, to ensure that the patients can recover soon. Methods Random selection in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2015 children colic in children with 50 cases, all patients according to the admission number of average pack-et, odd number as the experimental group, even numbers is control group, 25 cases in each. The control group were treated with traditional methods, the experimental group given small incision in the treatment, and the two groups of children during postoperative indexes, such as the incidence of bleeding volume, operation time, incision length, hospitalization time and complications were compared. Results in the control group bleeding （4.98 ± 1.21） mL, operation time for （15.28 ±3.61） min, the length of incision for （2.48±0.65） cm, for the length of time （7.98±1.21） d, in the experimental group bleeding was （3.12± 1.01） mL, operation time for （8.12 ± 2.25） min, incision length was 1.01 ± 0.02 cm, length of hospital stay was （5.02±1.01） days; those in the control group, the incidence of complications was 20.00%. The complications in the experimental group occurrence rate is 4.00%, P〈 0.05. Conclusion The small incision in the treatment of children colic disease has an impor-tant role, postoperative children with rapid recovery, fewer complications. Therefore, it is worth in clinical vigorously the use and promotion.
