摘要
柴油机数值模拟几何模型的建立和网格生成往往花费大量的时间,参数化设计方式不仅能够缩短设计周期,而且降低了设计难度。讨论了柴油机参数化建模的方法,运用VBAPI实现了Pro/E的结合,编写程序自动生成ICEM CFD网格命令流文件,后台驱动ICEM CFD生成计算网格,并建立了VB操作界面,实现了柴油机参数化建模和网格建立的一体化。
Establishment of geometry and mesh generation for diesel engine simulation always takes a lot of time. Parametric design approach can not only shorten the design period, but also reduce the difficulty of design. This paper discusses the parametric modeling method of diesel engine, using VB to establish a parametric user interface, using VBAPI to realize the combination of ProkE, writing program to generate ICEM CFD mesh command stream files automatically and drive ICEM CFD to generate calcu- lation grid in the background. This software achieves the integration of diesel engine parametric modeling and grid established.
