摘要
血站业务档案管理工作是血站各项工作的基础。随着无偿献血事业日益发展,血站工作中需要管理的档案日益增多,以往传统的档案管理模式已远远不能满足当前血站档案管理工作的需求。导致目前血站普遍存在档案管理中的问题:领导对采供血档案管理工作缺乏重视,专业人才队伍薄弱,缺乏统一的规范标准等。针对目前状况,有以下对策:加快业务档案资源的数字化转化工作,加强专业人才培养,建立健全血站档案管理工作标准,加快血站档案管理信息化进程,提高血站档案利用率。总之,我们应当依靠先进的信息化管理模式来不断加强和提高血站业务档案管理水平,提高档案的有效利用,促进无偿献血事业发展。
The business file management work in blood station is the foundation of various jobs in blood station, with the increasing development of non-remunerated blood donation, the file needed to be managed in blood station is more and more, and the traditional file management model is far from meeting the file management work demands in current blood station, and the issues such as lack of leader＇s attention to the blood collecting and supplying file management work, weak professional team and lack of unified standards are common in the file management work in blood station at present, in order to solve these problems, we should accelerate the digital transformation work of business file resources, enhance the cultivation of professionals, construct and improve the file management working standards in blood station, accelerate the blood station file management information process and improve the file utilization rate of blood station. All in all, we should constantly enhance and improve the blood station business file management level, improve the effective utilization of files and promote the development of non-remunerated blood donation relying on the advanced information management model.
