摘要 目的了解大理地区呼吸道感染疾病的病原体分布情况以及病原体感染与季节、年龄的相关性,为临床呼吸道感染疾病诊治提供参考。方法采用间接免疫荧光法对4005例呼吸道感染患者血清中的流感病毒A型、流感病毒B型、呼吸道合包病毒、腺病毒、副流感病毒、柯萨奇病毒A型、柯萨奇病毒B型、埃可病毒、肺炎衣原体、肺炎支原体、嗜肺军团菌1型等11种病原体Ig M抗体进行联合检测和分组统计分析。结果 11种病原体总阳性率为12.91%,流感病毒B型8.61%、肺炎支原体1.57%、流感病毒A型1.20%、肺炎衣原体0.72%、嗜肺军团菌1型0.45%、副流感病毒0.22%、呼吸道合胞病毒0.1%、腺病毒0.02%,柯萨奇病毒和埃可病毒未检出;按照季节统计,呼吸道病原体阳性率第一季度9.69%、第二季度10.20%、第三季度13.41%、第四季度18.26%;按照年龄分组统计,病原体阳性率婴幼儿组(0-10岁)12.23%,青少年组(11~20岁)24.00%,壮年组(21~60岁)10.56%老年组(〉60岁)7.69%。结论大理地区呼吸道病原体谱Ig M总阳性率为12.91%,以流感病毒B型为主,其次为肺炎支原体;阳性率与季节有相关性,第四季度最高;阳性率与年龄有相关性,以青少年组最高。 Objective To know the pathogen distribution of respiratory tract infectious disease in Dali region and correlation between the pathogen infection and season and age, and provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical respiratory tract infectious diseases. Methods The IgM antibodies of 11 pathogens such as influenza virus A, influenza virus B,respiratory syncytial virus, adenovirus, sendai virus, coxsackie virus A, coxsackie virus B, echovirus, chlamydia pneumoniae,mycoplasma pneumoniae, legionella pneumophila 1 in serum in 4005 cases of patients with respiratory tract infection were for joint detection and grouping statistical analysis by the indirect immunofluorescence. Results The total positive rate of 11 kinds of pathogens was 12.91%, and the positive rates of influenza virus B, mycoplasma pneumoniae, influenza virus A,chlamydia pneumoniae, legionella pneumophila1, sendai virus, respiratory syncytial virus and adenovirus were respectively8.61%, 1.57%, 1.20%, 0.72%, 0.45%, 0.22%, 0.1% and 0.02%, and the positive rates of coxsackievirus and echovirus were not detected, the positive rates of respiratory tract pathogen were respectively 9.69%, 10.20%, 13.41% and 18.26% in the first, second, third and fourth seasons; the positive rates of pathogens were respectively 12.23%, 24.00%, 10.56% and7.69% in the infant group(0~10), teenage group(11~20), adult group(21~60) and senile group(60). Conclusion The total positive rate of respiratory tract pathogen spectrum IgM in Dali region was 12.91%, and the influenza virus B is the main,the second is mycoplasma pneumoniae; the positive rate is related to the season, and it is the highest in the fourth season,and the positive rate is related to the age and it is the highest in the youth group.
