气体绝缘组合电器中电磁波特性研究

摘要 研究气体绝缘组合电器(GIS)中的电磁波传播特性对于其内部的故障检测至关重要。为了提高局部放电检测水平,采用三维电磁仿真软件HFSS对三相共筒式GIS内存在的毛刺缺陷进行了建模和仿真计算。结果表明:当采用脉宽为1 ns、幅值为10 V的波端口脉冲电流作为局部放电的激励源时,与共轴式GIS中电磁波传播不同,局部放电产生的超高频电磁波在三相共筒式GIS内主要沿着三相高压导体间传播。在实验室三相共筒式GIS模拟缺陷装置上,对安装在绝缘子上的天线传感器和腔体内表面传感器进行了局放测量的对比,测验结果与仿真计算结果一致。 Analysis on electromagnetic wave in gas insulated substraction (GIS) is very important to fault detection. In order to improve the level of partial discharge (PD) detection, the burr defects in three-phase common cylindrical GIS is modeled, simulated and calculated by 3D electromagnetic simulation software HFSS. The results show that when using the wave port pulse current, which pulse width is 1 ns and amplitude is 10V, as excitation source of PD, ultra-high fre- quency (UHF) electromagnetic waves propagate along the three-phase high voltage conductor in three-phase cylindrical GIS different from in coaxial GIS. Comparison of PD measurement is made between two sensors, one is installed on the insulator antenna and the other one is on the internal surface of cavity. The simulation and real results are consistent.
