摘要
目的探讨引起郴州市居民死亡的主要疾病分布,了解郴州市居民死亡疾病构成及其分布规律。方法随机抽取郴州市疾病预防控制中心(CDC)人口死亡信息登记管理系统报告的2005—2013年的死因病例进行统计分析。结果郴州市前5位死因依次为循环系统疾病、肿瘤和意外伤害、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病。其中循环系统疾病主要以高血压及脑血管疾病为主,而肿瘤主要以肺癌及消化道癌症为主。结论循环系统和肿瘤相关疾病是造成郴州市居民死亡的主要原因,加强相关疾病的三级预防对减少区域性重大疾病负担有参考意义。
Objective To study the distribution of major diseases that cause death of residents in Chenzhou and know the death disease constitution and distribution law of residents in Chenzhou. Methods The death cases from 2005 to 2013 reported by the population mortality information registration management system in the Chenzhou center for disease prevention and control were randomly extracted and statistically analyzed. Results The first five death causes in Chenzhou were in turn circulation system disease, tumor and accidental injury, disease of respiratory system and digestive system disease, and the circulation system disease was mainly high blood pressure and cerebrovascular disease, but the tumor was mainly lung cancer and cancers of the digestive tract. Conclusion The circulation system and tumor-related diseases are the major reasons of death of residents in Chenzhou and enhancing the tertiary prevention of relevant disease is of reference significance to reduce the major regional disease burden.
