摘要
目的分析优化护理流程在手足显微外科患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取院内100例手足显微外科患者作为研究对象,入院时间为2012年1月—2015年1月期间,采取信封式随机分组方式,将其分为对照组和实验组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组实施优化护理流程,对比两组患者的术前准备时间、术后交接时间、血运观察次数、巡房探视次数、护理差错发生率、护理满意度。结果实验组患者的术前准备时间、术后交接时间、护理差错发生率明显较对照组少,且实验组患者的血运观察次数及巡房探视次数明显较对照组多,实验组患者的护理满意度明显较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论优化护理流程在手足显微外科患者中,可以有效减少患者术前的准备时间,缩短术后交接时间,减少护理差错发生率,对提升护理满意度具有积极意义。
Objective To analyze the application effect of optimizing nursing procedure in the nursing of patients in the department of hand-foot microsurgery. Methods 100 cases of patients in the department of hand-foot microsurgery of our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups by the rectangular method, the control group were given routine nursing, the experimental group implemented the optimizing nursing procedure, and the preoperative preparation time, postoperative handover time, blood supply observation frequency, visiting frequency, incidence rate of nursing errors and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results The preoperative preparation time, postoperative handover time and incidence rate of nursing errors in the experiment group were fewer than those in the control group, and the blood supply observation frequency and visiting frequency in the experiment group were obviously more than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfactory degree in the experiment group was obviously higher than that in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Optimizing the nursing procedure for patients in department of hand-foot microsurgery can effectively reduce the preoperative preparation time of patients, shorten the postoperative handover time and reduce the incidence rate of nursing errors, which is of positive significance to improve the nursing satisfactory degree.
