摘要 提出人造板材锯切排样方案DXF接口文件设计方法,为数控裁板锯的代码生成提供依据。基于DXF文件结构和对应段编码技术的分析,以排样优化数学模型求解方案为对象,针对具体实例分析排样参数矩阵与DXF文件的优化多段线(LWPOLYLINE)图元顶点坐标值的对应关系,建立基于MATLAB的顶点坐标值计算流程,通过模板建立和顺序链接的方式完成MATLAB下DXF文件写入。结果表明:应用MATLAB矩阵信息和脚本编辑器可方便快捷地建立人造板材锯切排样方案DXF接口文件,为与数控板材开料锯进行对接提供图形数据。 A design method of DXF interface file of cutting layout solutions for wood based panel was put forward so as to providing basis for code generation of numerical controlled saw. On the basis of analysis of DXF file structure and coding techniques of corresponding sections of DXF, taking cutting layout model and solution as object, matchup between LWPOLYLINE vertexes coordinate values and matrix of layout parameters was established on account of a layout instance. Calculating process of the vertexes coordinate values was set up on account of MATLAB. The integrated DXF file was written by means of establishment and sequential connection of templates. The results indicated that by using matrix of MATLAB and script editor, DXF interface file of cutting layout solutions of wood based panel could be design and established conveniently and therefore graphic data was supplied for connection to numerical controlled saw.
