摘要
以某轴流压气机前四级动/静叶栅为研究对象,采用商用CFD软件NUMECA进行了三维求解,分析了不同的进气预旋转角度对压气机性能的影响。结果表明,增加进口气流预旋角,可以使动叶负荷明显减小,且流动更加稳定,无论对压气机工作的稳定性、动叶的气动性能或者机械性能都是有好处的。
By analyzing the front 4-stage cascade of the axial compressor, analyzed several different intake flowangle's effect on the flow field of compressor cascade by using three-dimensional CFD software NUMECA. The results indicated that the loading of rotor reduced clearly and the performance of rotor, the stability of compressor was improved obviously with the increasing of the intake flowangle.
