摘要
目的分析综合护理干预在创伤骨科患者围手术期的应用价值。方法将我院创伤骨科2014年3月至2015年3月收治的80例骨科手术患者进行分组,随机分为对照组(n=40)和试验组(n=40),对照组给予常规护理,试验组在常规护理的基础上给予综合护理干预,比较两组患者的术后并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果护理后,试验组的术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组的护理满意度明显低于试验组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对创伤骨科围手术期患者采用综合护理干预,可以有效降低患者术后并发症的发生率,同时有效提高了护理服务质量,有利于护患关系的发展,在临床值得推广。
Objectives To analyze the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period of patients with traumatic injury. Methods 80 cases of surgical patients were randomly divided into control group（n=40） and experimental group（n=40）,the control group was given conventional nursing,the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing,compared with two groups of patients with postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction. Results After nursing,the incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）; the nursing satisfaction in the control group was significantly lower than that in the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with traumatic wounds in the perioperative period can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the quality of nursing service,which is conducive to the development of the relationship between patients and nurses.
