摘要
结合地下工程耐久性要求,提出了修复性堵漏的理念及该理念对渗漏水治理灌浆材料的要求,并在这一理念的指导下,采用高强度堵漏环氧树脂灌浆材料解决了重庆地铁5号线车站和暗挖区间存在的渗漏问题。该治理方案在有水的情况下既能够对混凝土缺陷导致的渗漏水起到有效的封堵,又能修复混凝土缺陷,保证了建筑物混凝土结构安全性、可靠性和耐久性。
Combines the durability requirement of underground work, the article proposes the idea of reparative leakage blocking and its requirements for grouting materials used to treat the leakage. Under the instruction of this idea, the leaking problems of the subway station and tunnel section of Chongqing Subway Line 5 is solved by adopting high strength epoxy resin grouting material. This treatment plan can effectively stop the leakage caused by concrete defect with the presence of water, and it can repair the concrete defect. This guarantees the safety, reliability and durability of building concrete structures.
