摘要
为研究弹体材料性能对易碎穿甲弹破碎特性的影响,采用AUTODYN有限元软件,模拟了不同材料性能弹体对有限厚靶的作用过程,并根据斜侵彻有限厚靶过程中弹体发生折断现象的物理模型,分析了材料性能对折断现象的影响规律。结果表明:在一定范围内,弹体的破碎特性随着弹体材料密度的增大和抗拉强度的减小而提高;在大角度斜侵彻过程中,随着弹体材料密度的增大和抗拉强度的减小,弹体易于发生折断现象。
In order to study the influence of characteristics when projectile penetrating the finite material properties of projectile on fragmentation thickness target, using the AUTODYN finite element program, the whole process of the fragile projectile with different material properties penetrating through the finite thickness target was numerically simulated. The influence of material properties on the breaking phenomenon by the physical model of the projectile breaking phenomenon in the process of oblique penetration of finite thickness target was analyzed. The results show that the fragmentation characteristics of projectile is improved with the increase of density and the decrease of tensile strength within a certain range, and the projectile is prone to break with the increase of density and the decrease of tensile strength in the process of large angle oblique penetration.
