摘要
药学是一门实践性很强的学科,实验教学是培养药学学生专业技能和创新能力的重要一环,但很多学校实验内容多为本课程的验证性实验。此外,学生在培养过程中缺少对学生实验室的基本知识和基本技能的综合训练。传统实践教学的安排,学生虽有所获,但束缚了学生的主动性和创新能力。中国医科大学药学院在专业课程实验教学之前增设实验室基本知识和技能的培训。在专业课程结束之后,增设综合性,创新性实验教学内容。通过改革,加强学生实践能力和创新能力的培养,使学生由技能型培养模式向实战型培养模式转变,最终成为复合型、实战型人才。
The pharmacy is a practical subject, the experimental teaching is important to cultivate pharmaceutical students professional skills and innovation ability, but many school experiment content mostly confirmatory experiments. In addition, in the process of cultivating students lack of the comprehensive training of basic knowledge and basic skills. Although traditional practice teaching students gain some knowledge, the students' initiative and innovation ability are constrained. China medical university college of pharmacy added laboratory basic knowledge and skills training before the specialized courses. Then, they will establish a comprehensive, innovative experiment teaching content at the end of the professional courses. Through the reform, the students strengthen their practice ability and innovation ability, the training mode from technical to practical mode transformation. At the end students become composite type and practical talents.
