摘要
虾青素具有多种重要生理功能,已广泛引起人们的重视,微藻是虾青素的主要来源之一。本文综述了在自养、异养及混养三种培养方式下微藻积累虾青素的研究现状及影响因素,并分析了不同培养方式的的优缺点,以期为虾青素的微藻高效生产提供参考。
Nowadays much attention has been paid to bioactivities of astaxanthin, especially those from natural resources of microalgae. The research advances on production of astaxanthin by microalgae under different conditions including autotrophic, heterotrophic and mixotrophic method were reviewed in this paper.Advantages and disadvantages of each cultured method and their influential factors were also compared.It provided the basis for the efficient production of astaxanthin.
