摘要
三卤化镓作为Lewis酸因具有耐水、高效、选择性好、易回收利用、用量小、反应条件温和等独一无二的特性而广泛应用于有机合成。综述了近年来三卤化镓参与的各类有机化学反应及其在合成中的应用,展望了三卤化镓今后研究的重点与方向。
Gallium trihalides have been extensively employed as effective Lewis acid catalyst in various organic transformations under extremely mild conditions, Owing to their unique catalytic properties, such as chemo- and regioselectivity, high yield, excellent stability, very low catalyst consumption and recyclability. The development of GaX3 as an effective Lewis acid catalyst for a significant number of organic reac-tions and applications in synthesis in recent years was reviewed, The future orientations of GaX3 mediated reactions were presented.
