摘要
为了深入探讨电梯节能降耗,对使用中常见的交流双速电梯和交流变频调速电梯的调速原理进行详细介绍。分别对一台交流双速电梯和一台交流变频调速电梯进行电能测试,分析比较了两台电梯的三相电流和能耗累积。结果表明,相比较交流变频调速电梯,交流双速电梯存在启动电流大、启动阶段耗能快、空载上行和重载下行依然耗电的缺点。
To carry out in-depth discussion on the elevator energy-saving and consumption reduction,the paper introduces in details the regulating principles of two elevators,or AC double speed elevator and AC variable frequency speedgoverning elevator. Energy test is performed respectively for an AC double speed elevator and an AC variable frequency speed-governing elevator,and the three-phase current and accumulated energy consumption of two elevators are analyzed and compared. The result shows that,compared to the AC variable frequency speed-governing elevator,the AC double speed elevator has disadvantages of large starting current,quick energy loss at the startup stage,and energy loss during the no-load ascending,and heavy-load descending.
