摘要
文章论述了色纺纱用棉纤维的选择。分析了染色后棉纤维的物理指标变化,得出了适合染色的棉纤维性能,并从马克隆值、纤维长度、短绒率等纤维指标论述了色纺纱染色效果的影响因素。优选染色用棉纤维对满足色纺纱质量要求,最大限度降低生产成本意义重大。
The article discussed selections of color-spun cotton fiber. Changes of physical indexes of cotton fiber after dyeing process was analyzed,the properties of cotton fiber which were suitable for dyeing were found,and factors influencing colored spun yarn dyeing were discussed from the aspects of micronaire,fiber length,short fiber content,ect. Optimizing selections of color-spun cotton fiber had important significances for the quality requirements of colored spun yarn and reducing cost of production.
