摘要
随着CBA的不断发展,CBA球员工会的重要性和必要性逐渐凸显。对CBA球员工会发展的几个基本问题进行反思,认为球员工会是职业体育发展的必然结果;国外球员工会的演进有其鲜明的阶段性特征;CBA球员工会的发展必然会受到工会组建原则的影响;CBA球员工会的发展阶段主要分为传统工会模式阶段、准职业体育联盟模式球员工会、职业体育联盟模式球员工会等3个阶段。
With the development of CBA, the CBA player union has become more and more important. With the research methods of literature study and interview, the paper reflects on some basic problems of the development of the CBA player union. The player union is the necessary result of the professional sports development. The foreign player union evolution has distinctive phase featuresl the development of CBA player union is influenced by the organizational principle of the union; the development phase of the CBA player union include conventional union model phase, quasi professional sports league model phase, professional sports league model.
