摘要
选择钢箱梁刚柔复合桥面铺装体系为研究对象,建立正交异形板以及铺装层的三维有限元模型,探索车轮荷载作用下刚柔复合铺装层及其与钢桥面板界面上力学响应的分布规律。分析表明,刚柔复合铺装结构整体刚度较好,铺装层受力的局部效应减弱;纵向拉应力为刚柔复合铺装中拉应力的主要控制指标;正交异性板的刚度突变位置易出现最大应力值。研究结果可对钢桥面铺装设计提供理论依据。
This paper chooses rigid-flexible composite steel box girder bridge deck as the research object, establishes a three-dimensional finite element model of orthotropic plate and pavement to explore the distribution rule of the mechanical response from the rigid-flexible composite pavement and the bridge deck interface under wheel loads. The analysis shows that the overall stiffness of the rigid-flexible composite pavement structure is good, and the local effects of pavement force weakens; longitudinal tensile stress is the main control indicator of the tensile stress in the rigid-flexible pavement composite; the stiffness mutation of orthotropic plate is prone to the maximum stress. The results provide a theoretical basis for pavement design.
