Recent progress of anticoagulation therapy for deep vein thrombosis in patients undergoing major orthopedic surgery

摘要静脉血栓栓塞症是骨科大手术患者常见的并发症,是患者围手术期死亡的主要原因之一。抗凝药物的使用在预防和治疗静脉血塞栓塞症中起到至关重要的作用。本文总结了骨科大手术患者深静脉血栓形成抗凝治疗的国内外常用药物及特点,并对目前抗凝药物的研究进展及治疗方案的推荐进行综述。 Venous thromboembolism is a common complication in patients undergoing major orthopedic surgery. It is also one of the main causes of death to these patients. This article summarizes the commonly used drugs and their characteristic of anticoagulant therapy for deep vein thrombosis in China and abroad. The article also reviews the current research progress and recommends of anticoagulant therapy.
