摘要
目的分析阶段性健康教育应用于肾衰血透患者临床护理中的作用,探讨其与患者治疗依从性之间的关系。方法选择本院56例肾衰血透治疗患者,按照每组28例分别设置对照组和研究组,对照组实施常规健康教育,研究组选择阶段性健康教育的方法,持续半年时间,对其进行有效的透析前健康教育、透析中健康教育、透析后健康教育等。比较两种健康教育模式取得的效果。结果经过阶段性健康教育后,研究组患者的治疗依从性较之采取常规方式的对照组而言效果明显,研究组的治疗依从性改善率优于对照组,且组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对肾衰行血透治疗的患者,可以采取阶段性健康教育,能有效提高其治疗依从性,从而提高治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the stage of health education applied to patients with clinical nursing effect and to explore the treatment. Results After the stage of health education, the treatment compliance of the study group compared with the conventional way of the control group, the effect was obvious, and there was a significant difference between the groups, with statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion The renal blood through the treatment of patients with can take the stage of sexual health education, can effectively improve the treatment compliance, so as to improve the therapeutic effect.
