摘要
试验以琼脂溶液作悬浮剂,超声波搅拌,自动进样器进样,氢化物发生原子荧光分光光度仪测定了样品中的微量砷,方法线性关系良好,相关系数R^2=0.999 6,检出限为0.107 0 ng/m L,RSD(n=7)在1.57%-4.17%之间,回收率在90.0%-102.6%之间,此方法测定简单、快速,回收率、准确度高,结果准确可靠。
The trace arsenic in the sample was determined by using the ager solution as a suspending agent,ultrasonic stirring,automatic sample injection,hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The results showed that correlation coefficient R-2 was 0.999 6,the detection limit was 0.107 0 ng/m L,RSD(n=7) was 1.57%-4.17%,recovery rate was 90.0%~102.6%.This method could measure the content of lead in sunflower seeds samples quickly and easily.
