肝素诱导血小板减少症2例 被引量：2

摘要 肝素是目前临床上应用相对广泛的抗凝药物,低分子肝素钙是从肝素中分离或降解而来,目前临床上应用更加广泛。肝素诱导的血小板减少症（heparin-induced thrombocytopenia,HIT）是应用肝素后严重的不良反应。国内有关HIT的文献报道较少,且多局限于综述。现将本院2014年出现的2例HIT报道如下,旨在提高对这种不良反应的认识。1临床资料病例1：患者,男,67岁,既往体健。
