摘要
目的:探讨心达康片联合常规治疗对小儿病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法:82例病毒性心肌炎患儿随机分为观察组41例与对照组41例。对照组采用常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服心达康片10 mg,tid。两组疗程均为4周。比较两组患儿总有效率及治疗前后左心室功能、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、缺血修饰蛋白(IMA)、心肌酶水平变化和药品不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后左心室射血分数(LVEF)明显增加(P<0.05),左室舒张末径(LVEDD)、hs-CRP、cTnI、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-KB)、α羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)等指标水平均明显下降(P<0.05),IMA水平无显著差异(P<0.05);且观察组治疗后LVEF水平高于对照组(P<0.05),LVEDD、hsCRP、cTnI、CK、CK-KB、α-HBDH等水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),IMA水平与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组均未见严重药物不良反应。结论:心达康片联合常规治疗对小儿病毒性心肌炎疗效显著,可降低患儿hs-CRP、cTnI、心肌酶水平,且未见严重药物不良反应,安全性较好。
Objective： To explore the efficacy of Xindakang tablets combined with the conventional therapy in the children with viral myocarditis. Methods： Totally 82 cases of viral myocarditis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 41 ones in each. The control group was treated with the conventional symptomatic treatment,while the observation group was treated with Xindakang tablets 10 mg,tid. The treatment course was 4 weeks. The total effective rate,level changes of left ventricular function,hs-CRP,IMA,cTnI,and myocardial enzymes and adverse reactions were compared between the groups before and after the treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）.After the treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction（ LVEF） was significantly increased in both groups（ P 〈0. 05）,and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter（ LVEDD）,hs-CRP,cTnI,CK,CK-KB and α-HBDH were significantly decreased（ P 〈0. 05）,and the changes of the indices in the observation group were more notable than those in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The levels of IMA before and after treatment and compared to the control group had no significant difference（ P 〈0. 05）. Both groups exhibited no serious adverse drug reactions. Conclusion： Xindakang tablets combined with the conventional treatment for viral myocarditis children shows significant effect,which can reduce hs-CRP,cTnI and myocardial enzyme levels without serious adverse drug reactions.
