摘要
为了研究《中国粮油学报》2013—2014年的刊文情况,通过分析主粮研究、营养物质研究、综合类研究等栏目的主要内容分布和刊稿情况,归纳总结各个栏目中刊稿量较多的研究内容,得出各个栏目研究的重点或热点问题,为《中国粮油学报》的读者和作者提供参考。
In order to investigate publications in 2013 and 2014 on Journal of the Chinese Cereals and Oils Asso- ciation, the publishing quantity and main content of columns were analyzed including staple grains, major nutrients and comprehensive researches. Secondly, the mostly studied interests of each column were summarized. Finally, the focus and hot issues of all the columns were obtained. Thus,the results would provide a reference for authors and readers of Journal of the Chinese Cereals and Oils Association.
