微孔结构铅(Ⅱ)印迹聚合物的制备及其吸附性能的FAAS法分析

摘要 以8-羟基喹啉作为络合剂,Pb(NO_3)_2为模板离子,苯乙烯、EGDMA和AIBN分别为功能单体、交联剂和引发剂,本体聚合技术制备微孔结构Pb^(2+)印迹聚合物,用于从水溶液中快速吸附和选择分离痕量Pb。傅里叶变换红外光谱法和扫描电镜表征Pb-IIPs和NIPs的表面形貌和结构。以FAAS法研究了Pb^(2+)初始质量浓度、溶液pH及吸附时间等因素对聚合物吸附性能的影响。结果表明,Pb^(2+)的最佳吸附条件为:Pb^(2+)初始质量浓度为10mg/L,pH5~6,吸附时间约为4h时,最大吸附容量达到2.86mg/g,是非印迹聚合物吸附容量的3.95倍;印迹聚合物重复使用5次以上,选择分离痕量Pb重复效果较好。 A novel micro-pore structured ion imprinted polymer( Pb-IIPs) was synthesized by bulk polymerization technique with Pb( NO3)2as template ion,8-hydrixyquinoline( oxine) as complex reagent,and styrene,ethylene glycol dime-thacrylate( EGDMA) or AIBN as a monomer,cross-linker and initiator for the fast and selective adsorption of trace Pb( II) ion in aqueous solution. The surface morphology and structure of Pb-IIPs and NIPs was characterized by FTIR and SEM. The influence from the concentration of Pb^2+ ,p H value and the adsorption time on the adsorption capacity of polymers were investigated by FASS. The results showed that the optimal experimental conditions of adsorption was as follows: the concentration of Pb^2+ was 10 mg / L,p H value was set as 5 - 6,and the adsorption time was 4 h. Under the above conditions,the Pb-IIPs showed good adsorption and selectivity,and the maximal adsorption capacity of imprinted polymer was about 2. 86 mg / g,3. 95 times higher than that of non-imprinted polymer. The adsorption capacity of the imprinted polymer exhibited good reproducibility even after recycle for more than five times.
