摘要
目的:探析品管圈活动在预防关节镜下后交叉韧带重建术后并发症的应用价值。方法:选取2014年9月-2015年8月拟于本院行关节镜下后交叉韧带重建术的患者78例,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组。对照组行常规护理,观察组则由专人组建品管圈小组对关节镜下后交叉韧带重建术后并发症的原因及护理方法进行讨论分析,提出相应的对策应用于患者。比较两组患者术后并发症发生率、患者满意度及两组护理前后VAS评分。结果:观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,满意度则明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。与护理前比较,两组护理后VAS评分均降低,且观察组护理后VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动应用于关节镜下后交叉韧带重建术后并发症的预防可有效降低并发症发生率,提高满意度,缓解疼痛症状,是值得临床推广的护理方式。
Objective：To study the application values of quality control circle activities in prevent the complication of posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under arthroscopy.Method：A total of 78 cases of patients with posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under arthroscopy hospitalized in our hospital from September 2014 to August 2015 were selected.All patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according the digital random method.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given QCC special nursing.The rate of complication,patients＇ satisfaction and VAS score of before and after nursing of two groups were compared.Result：The rate of complication of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,while patients＇ satisfaction was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Compare with before nursing,VAS score in two groups reduced,and VAS score of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：It is worth to widely use thequality control circle activities to reduce and prevent the complicationof patients with posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under arthroscopy for it can reduce patients＇ complication rate,improve patients＇ satisfaction and alleviate their pain.
