摘要
针对液压控制的剪叉式升降平台设计分析所存在的问题,推导了升降平台液压缸输出力公式,给出了液压缸输出力和剪式升降平台起升角度之间的表达式,在所提出的理论公式的基础上,设计了剪叉式升降平台的机液系统仿真方案,采用AMESim软件的的平面机构库和液压库,建立了剪叉式升降平台机液系统仿真模型,对整个平台的起升过程进行了仿真,并与AMESim的仿真结果进行了对比,两者完全一致,证明仿真和理论分析的正确性。
For the existing problems of the design of hydraulic control scissor lift platform, the hydraulic cylinder lifting platform output force formula is deduced, the relation of the hydraulic cylinder output force and lifting angle are put forward on the basis of the theoretical formula, designs the shear fork lift platform machine hydraulic system simulation scheme, established the simulation model of the lifting process of the platform by using AMESim software planar mechanism and hydraulic library, and the results are compared and are proved identical, the correctness of the simulation and theoretical analysis are confirmed.
