摘要
为了解初中生幸福感来源结构,本研究结合质性研究和量化研究的方法,编制了初中生幸福感来源问卷。369名初中生参与问卷的预测验,404名初中生参与问卷的正式测量。探索性因素分析结果表明:初中生幸福感是一个包括家庭温暖、同伴支持、教师支持、学业成就、生活自主五因子的模型。验证性因素分析结果显示,问卷的各项拟合指数较为理想。问卷具有较好的信度和效度,可作为初中生幸福感的有效测量工具。
To explore the structure of junior students' wellbeing and develop a questionnaire based on the qualitative analyses,369 junior students participated in the trial test and 404 participated in the formal test. EFA and CFA were used in data analysis. The EFA results showed that the questionnaire of junior students' wellbeing is consisted of 5factors: family warm,peer support,teacher support,academic achievement and life autonomy. The CFA results showed that the fitness indexes of the model were all up to standard. The questionnaire has good reliability and validity,so it can be used to measure junior students' wellbeing.
