摘要
分析了商业银行开展私人银行业务的必要性和现实基础,通过总结常见的诸如分业经营限制、发展模式模糊、专业人才缺乏、服务水平低下等主要障碍,来寻求集团化、专业化的实施路径,并提出具体的解决方案:转变经营方式、逐步从零售模式向事业部制过渡、打造高水平的专业人才团队,同时提升自身的服务质量,以图对国内私人银行业务的发展起到一定的推动作用。
It narrated the necessity and practical basis for commercial banks to conduct private bank busi- ness in the paper, and summarized the major obstacles such as divided business operating limitation, un- clear development mode, lack of professionals, and low service level, then sought group and specialized path choice,and put forward concrete solutions, changing the operating mode, gradually transfering from the retail mode to business unit mode, forging a high - level professional team, and elevating self service quality. These solutions aimed to have some boost to domestic private bank business development.
