摘要
目的探讨氯沙坦联合氨氯地平在高血压合并糖尿病患者治疗中的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2014年2月—2015年2月期间,收治的84例高血压合并糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各42例,对照组单独采用氯沙坦进行治疗,观察组采用氯沙坦联合氨氯地平进行治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果和不良反应。结果观察组的临床治疗的总有效率95.2%、各项血压、血糖水平分别为FBG为(7.28±1.52)mmol/L、2 h PBG为(8.83±1.62)mmol/L、SBP为(114.74±21.43)mm Hg、DBP为(79.33±17.83)mm Hg,不良反应发生率2.3%,对照组为总有效率为80.7%,FBG、2h PBG、SBP以及DBP分别为(10.01±1.73)mmol/L、(13.66±2.1)mmol/L、(127.76±26.63)mm Hg以及(89.67±21.32)mm Hg,不良反应率为19.0%,观察组各项数据据均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯沙坦联合氨氯地平在高血压合并糖尿病患者临床治疗中效果显著,值得在临床上推广和应用。
Objective To study the chlorine sand jotham joint amlodipine in a clinical effect in the treatment of hyperten-sive patients with diabetes mellitus. Nethods In our hospital in February 2014-February 2015, received 84 cases of hyper-tension patients with diabetes mellitus, diabetes mellitus patients of our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 42 cases, control group separately using chlorine sand treatment, observation group with chlorine sand joint treatment with amlodipine, compared two groups of patients clinical therapeutic effects and adverse reactions. Results Observe the clinical treatment group total effectiveness 95.2%, the blood pressure, blood sugar level of FBG re-spectively for （7.28 ±1.52）mmol/L, 2 hPBG is （8.83 ±1.62）mmol/L, SBP is （114.74 ±21.43）mmHg, DBP （79.33 ±17.83）mmHg, 2.3%incidence of adverse reactions, control group total effective rate was 83.3%, FBG, 2 HPBG, SBP and DBP, respectively （10.01± 1.73）mmol/L,（13.66±2.1）mmol/L, （127.76±26.63） mmHg and（ 89.67 ± 21.32）mmHg, adverse reaction rate was 16.6%, all the data according to the observation group were significantly better than that of control group （P﹤0.05）,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Chlorine sand jotham joint amlodipine in hypertensive patients with diabetes mellitus in the clinical treatment effect is remarkable, is worth in clinical promotion and application.
