应用消毒隔离措施对多重耐药菌重复感染患者的效果控制 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨应用消毒隔离措施对多重耐药菌重复感染患者的效果控制。方法选取我院2013年5月至2014年5月的多重耐药菌感染患者42例,按照数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各21例,对照组予以常规护理方式,观察组在进行常规护理的基础上,采取多重耐药菌医院感染控制措施,比较两组患者的并发症发生率和治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为90.5%,明显高于对照组61.9%的总有效率。差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.725,P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为14.3%,明显低于对照组42.9%的并发症发生率。差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.200,P<0.05)。结论加强对多重耐药菌重复感染患者的消毒隔离措施的应用,能够促进多重耐药菌重复感染患者的治疗效果,降低患者的并发症发生概率,在临床上值得推广。 Objective Disinfection and isolation measures applied to the effect of repeated multi-resistant bacteria infection control analysis. Methods Selected from March 2013 to March 2014, 84 patients with multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection, according to random number table method, control group to routine care, observation group on the basis of conventional nursing care, multiple drug-resistant bacteria in hospital infection control measures, compare the two groups of patients' satisfaction and the treatment effect. Result Treatment in both groups, in the comparison of the observation group total effective rate was 90.5%, significantly higher than the control group total effective rate of 61.9%. Statistically significant difference compare the two groups (χ^2=4.725, P〈0.05);Two groups of patients with complications in the condition, the incidence of complications of observation group wag 14.3%, significantly lower than the control group 42.9% of complication rates. Statistically significant difference compare the two groups (χ^2=4.200, P〈0.05). Conclusion Strengthen the repeated infection were multi-resistant bacteria disinfection and isolation measures in the application, can promote the treatment of patients with repeated infection multi-resistant bacteria effect, Reduce the risk in patients with complications, is worth popularization in clinic.
