摘要 以分子量为7 000的端环氧硅油、分子量为900的聚醚二胺及聚合度为12的环氧聚醚为原料,异丙醇为溶剂,以适当比例进行三元共聚得到综合性能优良的改性三元嵌段硅油,并制得相应的乳液。将制得的改性三元嵌段硅油应用于棉织物柔软整理并与柔软剂OFX-7700整理织物性能进行对比。结果表明:经改性三元嵌段硅油整理的织物,其抗黄变性能及亲水性能均好于经OFX-7700整理的织物。 Terpolymer block silicone oil was successfully synthesized by polyethenoxyamine and epoxy-terminated silicone oil in isopropanol. Epoxypolyether was added to perform modification researches, and the proportions of added epoxypolyether as well as the emulsification method of modified crude were investigated. The emulsion was treated on cotton fabric for soft finishing and com- pared with softer OFX-7700. The results showed that the yellowing color fastness and hydrophilic property of treated cotton fabric were better than fabric treated with OFX-7700.
