摘要 目的:结合尿液干化学和有形成分分析,制定自动化尿常规分析的复检规则。方法:收集东阳市人民医院2014年7月至2015年11月新鲜尿液标本1551份,其中1200份用于建立复检规则,351份用于验证所建立的规则。结果:对所建立的复检规则验证结果为:真阳性率54.13%,假阳性率11.11%,真阴性率30.2%,假阴性率4.56%,复检率52.99%,其符合率为84.33%。结论:本实验室所建立的复检规则的假阴性率4.56%(<5%),没有漏诊严重肾功能异常者,是理想的复检规则。 Objective ]To integrate urine strip chemistry analysis with sedimental analysis and set up the criteria for urine mi-croscopy review following automated urine analysis . [Method ]A total of 1551 urine samples were collected from Dongyang Hospital from July 2014 to December 2015 .1200 samples were used to establish review criteria ,and 351 samples were used for criteria verification .[Result]The review criteria were validated .The true positive rate was 54 .13% .The flase positive rate was 11 .11% and the true negative rate was 30 .2% ,Theflase negative rate was 4 .56% ,and the review rate was 52 .99% .The con-sistency was 84 .33% .[Conclusion]The false negative rate of the review criteria was 4 .56% (〈5% ) .There was no patients with serious renal function abnormality missed ,and it is an ideal criteria for microsopy review following automated urine analy-sis .
