摘要
【目的】调查新疆苜蓿根际寄生线虫种类,明确寄生线虫种类和优势种群,为评价寄生线虫危害苜蓿提供依据。【方法】从新疆19个地区的苜蓿种植地采集493份苜蓿根围土壤,采用浅盘法分离其中的线虫,根据线虫形态结合文献鉴定线虫种类。【结果】共分离鉴定得到7属9种植物线虫。【结论】总体而言,目前新疆苜蓿根际寄生虫种类不多,数量相对较少,其中真滑刃属线虫、滑刃属线虫、螺旋属线虫是优势种群,未发现根结线虫。
【Objective】This project aims to conduct the investigation of Xinjiang alfalfa plant- parasitic nematodes in order to clarify the species of plant- parasitic nematodes and dominant population and provide an evidence for accurate evaluation of the damage of plant- parasitic nematodes to Alfalfa. 【Method】493 samples of alfalfa rhizosphere soil were collected from 19 regions of alfalfa cultivated fields in Xinjiang,and the nematodes were isolated by using the shallow dish method. The nematode specifies was identified according to the morphological characteristics of nematode species and references to the literatures.【Result】7 groups and 9species of plant nematodes were separated and identificated from alfalfa rhizosphere soil.【Conclusion】Overall,the species of Xinjiang alfalfa plant- parasitic nematodes was few,and the quantity was relatively less at present. Aphelenchus,Aphelenchoides and Helicotylenchus are the dominant population among them but Meloidogyne was not found.
