摘要
抗癌动物资源包括两栖动物、肠腔动物、苔虫动物、被囊动物、棘皮动物、软体动物、鱼类等 .其天然产物主要是脂溶性甾族类、大环内酯类、肽类、聚醚类、多糖类、生物碱类及必需脂肪酸 (EFAS)类等 .重点介绍了对蟾蜍、医蛭及海洋生物中的海鞘、沙群海葵、海绵、苔藓虫、鱼类等抗癌动物资源与天然产物的研究开发 。
Anticancer animal resources include amphibious animals,coelenterates,bryophyte animals,tunicates,echinoderms,soft animals,fish and so on, whose natural products are mainly fat solvent steroids, bryostatins, etides,polysaccharides, alkaloids, fatty acids.This paper chiefly introduces anticancer animal resources and their natural products, which have been achieved since more than 100 years, such as Bufo bufo gargarizans, Leech, Lissoclinum patecla, Palythoa sp.Hgattela sp.Bugula ueritna and fish. The developing prospect in this field is explained.
