甲壳素纳米晶须对天然橡胶复合材料力学性能的影响

摘要 采用盐酸水解甲壳素(Chitin)制备甲壳素纳米晶须(Ch W),将其与环氧化天然胶乳混合处理然后凝聚共沉,得到甲壳素纳米晶须-环氧化天然橡胶混合物(Ch W-ENR),干燥待用。采用开炼机将Ch W-ENR与天然橡胶(NR)共混,制备了天然橡胶/甲壳素晶须(NR/ENR/Ch W)复合材料。研究了NR/ENR/Ch W复合材料的硫化特性与力学性能,重点进行了纵向力学性能与横向力学性能的对比。结果表明Ch W的加入有促进硫化的作用;流变仪的扭矩也随之增加,表明其力学性能增加。开炼机的双辊挤压能够促使Ch W在天然橡胶中发生取向,形成定向排列,促使复合材料的纵向力学性能优于横向力学性能。 Chitin Whiskers (ChW) were made by acid decomposition method in advance and then compound were obtained with ChW added into epoxidized natural rubber latex (ENRL) under stirring. The NR/ENR/ChW compound were obtained by Blending ChW-ENR with natural rubber (NR) on Two-RoU Mill. The curing characteristics and mechanical properties of NR/ENR/ChW were investigated, and compared the transverse mechanical properties with longitudinal mechanical properties. The results showed that the addition of ChW can accelerate the vulcanization process. The torque increase with the increasing of ChW contents and indicate that the increase of the mechanical properties. The studies showed that mechanical properties were both increased correspondingly with the increasing of ChW contents. The extrusion by Two-Roll mill can promote to occur orientation of ChW in natural rubber, so the longitudinal mechanical properties of the composite materials are superior to the transverse mechanical properties.
