摘要
文章对羊栖菜挥发性、半挥发性成分的五种提取溶剂和四种提取方法进行对比,并进行了定性分析和半定量分析。定性结果发现用无水乙醇作溶剂的超临界CO_2萃取法提取出的物质种类最多,索氏提取法次之,加速溶剂萃取法和超声波法相对较少。此外,通过加标法确认了该海藻含有烟碱,半定量分析结果表明索氏提取法提取出物质的量远多于已报道的超临界CO_2萃取法。
Comparison of several extraction solvent and extraction method, and analysis method of the volatile and semi-volatile components in the Sargassum fusiforme(Harv.) Setchel were studied. And the qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis were carried out. The qualitative analysis showed that by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction we can get the most substances, and nicotine was detected in Sargassum fusiforme(Harv.) Setchel. The semi-quantitative results showed that by soxhlet extraction we could get much higher content than supercritical carbon dioxide extraction which has been reported.
