围绕北京市城镇污水处理厂污泥处理处置和管理现状进行总结分析,梳理提炼了北京市污泥处理处置和管理存在的主要问题,提出了加快设施建设、实现源头减量、加强过程管控、建立标准规范、开拓消纳渠道等政策建议,为加强北京市污泥无害化处理处置和全过程监督管理实施提供了有力支撑。
Extract the main problem in management and sludge treatment and disposal in Beijing through summarizing and analyzing of sludge treatment and disposal in urban sewage treatment plant in Beijing. Propose policy advices of speeding up facility construction, achieving source reduction, strengthening process control, establishing standards, developing consumptive channels etc. Provide strong support to harmless treatment and disposal of sludge and full-process supervise in Beijing.
