摘要
镁及镁合金具有良好的力学相容性、可降解性、生物安全性,并且其资源丰富,在骨科领域有巨大的应用前景。然而,镁及其合金在骨科临床应用中也存在降解过快,长时间力学性能完整性不够的问题。文章全面综述了可降解镁及镁合金作为骨植入材料的研究进展。
Magnesium and magnesium based alloys have good biomechanical compatibility, biodegradable performance, bio-security and rich resource. Which make they have great prospects in the field of orthopedics. However, magnesium and its alloys also present excessive degradation, mechanical properties of integrity are not enough long in orthopedic clinical applications. The paper comprehensively reviews the research progress of biodegradable magnesium and its alloys used for orthopedic implant material.
