摘要
近年来我国逐渐开始重视知识产权保护工作,文章简单介绍了目前国内及外资标杆化妆品企业的专利申请情况,同时对双方的差距进行了初步的探讨,并对国内化妆品企业的专利管理模式进行了研究。
China begins to pay attention to the protection of intellectual property rights in recent years. The paper simply introduces the domestic and foreign cosmetics company＇s patent applying situation, and gives a preliminary investigation for the disparity between them. Also, we make some research on the patent management mode of cosmetics companies.
