摘要
分析了我国房地产企业组织结构发展的现状,归纳了我国房地产企业目前常见的四种组织结构形式,基于我国房地产企业组织机构发展的扁平化、网络化等趋势,提出了组织结构变革的一些建议。
The present situation of the real estate enterprise organization structure in our country is analyzed,four kinds of commonly used form of real estate enterprise organization structure in our country are summarized,the developing trends of the real estate enterprise organization of our country such as flat trend,networked trend are summed up,put forward the advices of organization structure.
