多芯超导复合线用超导钽棒晶粒均匀性研究

摘要 超导钽棒主要应用于生产多芯超导复合线的支撑钽芯。它被挤压拉拔成直径Φ4mm甚至更细的线材,所以其晶粒尺寸的均匀性将会直接影响最终丝材的圆度和连续性。针对超导钽棒晶粒均匀性,我们做了大量的研究和实验,最终确定了“四方锻造工艺”可以获得均匀的晶粒。 Superconducting tantalum rod is mainly used to produce support tantalum core of multicore superconductivity strand. After drawing and extruding it becomes diameter Φ4mm or more smaller wire.Their uniformity of grain size will directly influence wires' roundness and continuity. We did a large number of experiments and researches, which eventually resulted in "quartet forging process" that fine uniform grain size can be obtained.
