摘要
士官在部队中起着重要作用,新时期士官教育研究对于深化国防和军队改革有着重要的意义。文章通过对士官教育当前情况进行分析,指出士官教育面临的挑战,针对所面临的挑战提出具体的需要调整的地方,对士官教育发展具有重要的指导意义。
Sergeant plays an important role in army; to deepening defense and army reform in new period. We the research of sergeant education is significant importance analyzed ,the basic situation of sergeant education through investigate. Sergeant education is facing challenge has been pointed, proposes some countermeasures to meet the severe challenge. This research results have important directive to the Innovative sergeant Education.
